What is the best way to submit my images?

The best way to submit your snapshots is via your computer. To do this, your computer will need access to the Internet. If you do not have access to the Internet, you may elect to mail us your snapshots and we will scan and upload them for you. There is a fee for mailing in your snapshots – you may select this option when you sign up.

What style of snapshots should I submit?

Your photos should depict how you look naturally. Ideally, you will provide one of each of the following:

1. Face - close up, front view, smiling
2. Face – close up, front view, not smiling
3. Face – close up, left profile, not smiling
4. Face – close up, right profile, not smiling
5. Body – full length, straight on, front
6. Body – full length, straight on, back
   *You may upload additional style shots if you desire.

All images should be taken without makeup and with hair up. This is important. Modeling agencies work with professional makeup artists and hairstylists. They are specifically looking for the raw talent with which they will be working. Girls' body images should be taken wearing a 2-piece swimsuit or form fitting clothes (not underwear). Boys' body images should be taken wearing boxers.

Absolutely! We understand that not everybody has access to a credit card. Please complete your profile and upload your images. Your images will be kept in our database until your payment has been received, to a maximum of 30 days.

Do you guarantee that I will be offered a modeling contract?

SuperModelScouts.com will provide you with exposure to our list of scouts and invited agencies as well as with their feedback about your potential as a model.

SuperModelScouts.com does not guarantee that you will be offered a contract. Contracts are offered at the discretion of each agency based on how much potential they feel you possess.

How long will I have to wait to receive feedback?

The new faces snapshots are batched together so agents and scouts have equal opportunity to sign you. Once a batch of new faces has been released you will be able to login to the reports section of your account and purchase your report. Your account will remain active for a minimum of three months from the time you submit your completed composite card. Snapshots submitted to SuperModelScouts.com will be viewed within 90 days by the invited modeling agencies. You may also email your composite card to others (family, friends, agencies etc.).

Who will be able to view my photos online?

When will my comp card be seen by the modeling agencies and when will they contact me?

After you create your SuperModelScouts.com comp card and it has been approved for content (no nudity) by the SMS staff, your snapshots will be slotted into the next New Faces launch. Depending on when you register, it will take as little as a few days, or up to a month, for you to be contacted.

How do I know agencies are really using the system to scout new models?

You can login to your account and check the status of your report. Once you have purchased your report you will see the details of which agencies have looked at your comp card and which ones have expressed interest in you. Your report will only be available for purchase after you have been approved for content and slotted into the next New Faces launch.

What do agencies see when they see my comp card?

When agencies login to the SuperModelScouts.com New Faces section, they see your pictures, profile and contact details. Remember, all of our agencies have joined by INVITATION ONLY. This ensures that only the most respected agencies will have access to your comp card.

How long does my account last?

Sample accounts will be valid for seven days from the day that they are submitted. Basic, Standard and Professional accounts will remain active for a minimum of 90 days from the day that they are approved.

When my account expires, what happens to my snapshots and information?

Once an account expires all of your snapshots and personal information will no longer be viewable, or searchable by our member scouts. When your account expires, you may sign in to your account and upgrade to the Portfolio Membership

What should a modeling contract look like?

I, _____________________ (TALENT), hereby agree to engage you, ____________________ (MANAGER), as my exclusive agent to direct, develop and advance my career as a model. I hereby warrant that I do not now have a contract with any other manager with respect to the modeling services, which are the subject of this agreement. Subject to my availability, you agree to use all reasonable efforts to assist me in obtaining contracts to perform modeling services for clients.
I understand and agree that I am not an employee of the MANAGER. Rather, I am retaining you to perform services for me.
I agree to pay you for your services a sum equal to ____________ percent ( ___%) of all gross compensation received in connection with all professional services which I render during the term of this agreement (TERM) or which, during the TERM, I agreed to render at a date after the TERM, including services rendered pursuant to any agreements or extensions, renewals or amendments to any agreements entered into during the TERM. I am also aware that you are entitled to receive a service charge from some and/ or all of the clients who may utilize my services. I agree that this service charge shall be an additional inducement for you to act on my behalf.
The TERM of this agreement shall be ONE (1) YEAR from the date hereof (ANNIVERSARY DATE) and shall be renewed automatically for anther one (1) year term on each ANNIVERSARY DATE thereafter. This agreement or any renewal thereof may be terminated at any time by either party
upon ninety (90) days prior written notice to the other party. Such notice may be by personal delivery or by registered certified mail.
You, MANAGER, are hereby appointed my lawful attorney-in-fact with authority to demand, collect and receive in my name, any and all payments whether by cash, cheque or otherwise, to which I may become entitled; to make, execute and deliver receipts; to endorse, deposit and collect any cheque, note, draft or other instrument for the payment of monies that may be payable to my order, and to sign photographic releases and to do and perform any matter or thing whatsoever for and on behalf of me in my name, all in connection with my services covered by this agreement. The foregoing authority shall be irrevocable during the TERM of this agreement and any renewal hereof.
In consideration of advance payments to be made by you, MANAGER, to me, TALENT, I hereby assign to you the proceeds of the professional assignments, from which you have the authority to deduct from said proceeds, all monies due and owing to you that you have advanced to me. I agree to compensate you for any shortfalls and/or legal costs incurred by you in your collection of the proceeds of the professional assignments.
You, MANAGER, are hereby authorized to use my name, portrait and picture to advertise and publicize me in connection with your representation of me.
I agree that the validity, the laws of the province/state of ____________ shall govern interpretation and performance of this agreement, and I agree to attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of _____________(PROVINCE/STATE).
This agreement is deemed executed on the date both parties have signed below.
